It it basically regional and found in Northern Alabama. When I traveled through Alabama last summer, most never heard of it!!! In medium glass bowl, add mayo, vinegar and lemon juice and stir or whisk well. Finely mince and mash garlic into a paste. Add horseradish. Add this mixture, and remaining ingredients to mayo and stir well to combine. Note: Use this sauce as a finishing sauce for grilled meats . Often grilled chicken is dipped into the sauce. Also add to coleslaw or dip your fries dipped in it, or place on baked potatoes. Good as a veggie dip too.
