Ingredients 1 lb butter 15 egg whites 1 1/2 lb confectioner's sugar 7 oz almond flour 7 oz all-purpose flour Prepeat oven to 350 F. Mix confectioner's sugar, almond alour and all-purpose flour together. Lightly whip egg whites until fluffy. Mix whites into dry ingredient mixture, slowly incorporate the brown butter and chill overnight. Pour into greased pans and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
