Amish Oatmeal Pie 1 1/2 cups milk 3 eggs, lightly beaten 3 Tblspns. butter or margarine, melted 2/3 cup rolled oats 1 1/3 cup dark brown sugar 2/3 cup flaked coconut plus additional for topping 1 9 or 10 inch deep pie shell, unbaked Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine milk, eggs, oats, butter, brown sugar and coconut in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with additional coconut. Bake for 10 minutes. Oatmeal Pie

1 1/2 cups
milk
