3/4 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup canola oil 1/4 cup molasses 1 egg white, beaten 1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots 1/2 cup golden raisins 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Preheat oven to 350F. Combine both flours, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix in sugar, yogurt, water, oil, molasses and egg white. Stir in oats, apricots and raisins. Spread mixture in a 9- x 13-inch nonstick baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over cooled bars. Cut into 24 pieces.
