Fish with Thai sauce recipe (I made Tofu with Thai sauce, since we had the tapenade salmon yesterday!) It was a nice balance of the sweet tofu and savory noodles. Asian Style Pasta 1 lb pasta ( may be Asian rice or wheat noodles or even a whole wheat variety ) cooked fresh minced ginger fresh minced garlic Asian toasted sesame seed oil Light soy sauce ( opposed to dark soy sauce ) fresh chopped cilantro to garnish Drain cooked pasta well , rinse in hot water only if sticky and drain again. Place pasta in a bowl and add several tablespoons each of the sesame seed oil and soy sauce. Add fresh minced ginger and garlic to taste. Toss all well. Place in bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro . Serve as a side with an Asian style chicken, fish , beef or tofu recipe. Note: no salt is needed since soy sauce is fairly salty on its own. I also decorated the noodles with a ripe avocado sliced in a fan shape. Yield 6 to 8 servings."/>
