These are yummy! --Amy Lampert Bethesda, Maryland BAKED DOUGHNUTS 5 T. margarine 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/4 t. baking powder 1/4 t. cinnamon 1/8 t. salt 1/2 cup milk 1 t. vanilla 1 T. granulated sugar 1 t. cinnamon Cream margarine and 1/2 cup sugar; add egg and mix well. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Generously grease muffin pans (these tend to stick); fill half full with batter and top with a mixture of connamon and sugar. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
