Drain any excess liquid. Add the Onion Pepper, soured cream, milk, cheese and Chives and simmer gently until thickened. Top the potatoes with the mixture and serve sprinkled with extra Chives. Baked Potatoes With Bacon & Chives

1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 ounces
unsmoked
bacon - derinded and diced -- (75g)

Onion Pepper (onion powder / black pepper mixture)
1/4 pint soured
cream -- (150ml)
