Arrange scallops in a single layer in pan. In a food processor add the breadcrumbs, peanuts, seasonings and process to resemble coarse sand. Pulse in melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over scallops. Bake in a preheated 425 F oven about 12 to 14 minutes or topping is light golden and scallops are cooked through Serves 2 to 4 appetizer or main servings.
