Banana Split Cheesecake Crust: 3 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup butter or margerine 1/2 cup sugar Combine ingredients and press into a 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake 5 minutes @ 350. Set aside to cool. Filling: 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 2 cups sugar 5 lg. bananas 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 lg. container cool whip 3/4 cup chopped pecans Maraschino cherries for garnish Cream sugar and cream cheese with mixer. Spread over graham cracker crust. Slice bananas onto cream sheese. Spoon pineapple over bananas, then cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts and garnish with cherries. Then exercise for 2 days for each piece you eat!!!!

Banana Split Cheesecake

pineapple (drained)
1 lg. container cool
whip
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Maraschino cherries for
garnish


Cream sugar and
cream cheese with mixer. Spread over graham cracker crust.

Everything is great, except that the recipie forgot to include the chocolate syrup that should be drizzled over the whipped cream. This makes it taste even more like a banana split!

Great recipie.
You can also swap banana for rockmelon to make a realy tropical treat.
