If you want more than herbs, of course add greens of choice. 2 cups of fresh basil chopped 1 cup of loosely pack parsley, cilantro, thyme and sage or dill ( or whatever herb you want omitted or included) chopped 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil Chop the herbs, mix the lemon juice and olive oil, serve at once, dividing onto salad plates.

Herb Salad! If you want more than

2 cups of fresh
basil chopped
1 cup of loosely pack
parsley, cilantro, thyme and sage or dill ( or whatever herb you want omitted or included) chopped
1/4 cup of fresh
lemon juice
1/3 cup of extra virgin
olive oil

Chop the herbs, mix the lemon juice and
olive oil, serve at once, dividing onto salad plates.
