Hi everyone! This is an easy way to serve ground beef. Make a double batch and use to stuff green peppers, taco (burrito, enchiliada) filling or in a pie. BEEF HASH 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 large green pepper, chopped 1 large red pepper, chopped 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (or don't seed if you like hot) 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with liquid 4 ounces (or half a can) beer 3 tbs chili powder 1 1/1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper (or more to taste) 1/4 tsp ground red pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in a small amount of oil in Dutch oven. Add chopped onion, peppers, tomatoes with liquid and beer. Cook together until all the vegetables are tender, add the seasonings and cook another 10 minutes. Place the Dutch oven into oven and bake for 1 hour. I serve this with fresh cornbread and apple pie for dessert. Enjoy, Julie
