If anyone out there in Recipeland has a really good and authentic recipe for Italian Biscotti (anise and/or chocolate), I would be very grateful. Chocolate Frosting For Biscotti 1 Cup chocolate chips 2 To 3 Tablespoons Butter 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla In a heavy, small saucepan heat chocolate and butter over low flame until melted. Stir often. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost Biscotte. For a design, run a fork over the frosting while it's soft. Let stand until chocolate is set. Keeps well in an airtight container, but then *everything* in Hawaii keeps well in an airtight container! Mary Spero
