PORK Brazilian Style 3-4 pound boneless loin Insert slivers of garlic into the loin. Rub on salt & pepper. Brown in 1 500 degree oven; placing meat on a rack in a shallow baking pan filled with 1 cup of water and covered loosely with foil. Roast 1 hour. GLAZE 1 cup honey 1/4-1/2 cup orange juice dash of ginger & powdered cloves Brush glaze over the roast. Cook another hour keeping loosely covered with foil. Baste 2-3 more times. PORK Brazilian Style

3-4 pound boneless
loin
Insert slivers of
garlic into the loin. Rub on salt & pepper. Brown in 1 500 degree oven; placing meat on a rack in a shallow baking pan filled with 1 cup of water and covered loosely with foil. Roast 1 hour.

GLAZE
1 cup
honey
1/4-1/2 cup
orange juice
dash of ginger & powdered cloves

Brush glaze over the roast. Cook another hour keeping loosely covered with foil. Baste 2-3 more times.

Serve with
