This recipe was given to me by my husband's grandmother--it's simple and good. BRIDE'S CASSEROLE 1 pound lean ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup 1 can (12 oz) green beans, or 2 cups fresh cooked green beans 1 jar (2 oz) pimentos, drained and chopped 1 tsp salt Black pepper to taste 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits Brown meat; drain well. Add the onion and cook until tender. Stir in cheese and the soup until well blended. Add the beans, pimentos and the seasonings. Place into a 12" x 8" baking dish. Place the biscuits around the edge of the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Julie Michigan, USA

BRIDE'S
CASSEROLE
1 pound
lean ground beef
