Hi everyone! This is one of my family's favorites from America's Best Recipes (Southern Living) I wanted to pass along....................... BROCCOLI LASAGNA AU GRATIN 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 cups small-curd cottage cheese 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (any type or homemade) 9 cooked lasagna noodles 2 cups (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese 1/2 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Combine broccoli, cottage cheese and eggs in medium bowl; stir well. Set aside. Spoon 1/3 cup spaghetti sauce into bottom of lightly greased 13"x9" pan; spread evenly. Arrange 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Layer 1/3 reserved broccoli mixture over noodles; top with 1/3 each of remaining spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers twice. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8-10 servings. Enjoy Julie Michigan, USA
