Brown Sugar Cornmeal Muffins from Cooking Light mag. (I believe) Set aside 1 tbs. brown sugar and 2 tsp. cornmeal in small bowl. Mix Dry ingred.: 1/4c. cornmeal 1/2c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1 tsp. bak. soda 1 tsp. bak. powder 1/4 tsp. salt In separate bowl mix Wet ingred.: 1 c. vanilla yogurt (or plain yog. plus vanilla) 3-4 tblsp. milk (you can add or subtract to quantity) 4 tblsp. oil 2 lg. eggs Combine the dry ingredients with the wet quickly. Spoon into muffin cups, makes about 10 - 12. Sprinkle topping over ea. muffin before baking. Bake 375F for 20 minutes. Let me know if you try these! This recipe is a family favorite. Brown Sugar Cornmeal Muffins

Set aside 1 tbs.
brown sugar and 2 tsp. cornmeal in small bowl.

Mix
Dry ingred.:

1/4c.
cornmeal
1/2c.
brown sugar
2 c.
