Place chops on a flat cooking tray Salt & Pepper to taste Sprinkle spices on for a slight change in taste Pour Tomato Sauce onto each chop and thinly cover (Using finger works best and washing finger makes meal taste even better!) Do not turn over! Place in moderate oven for 45/60 minutes turning up heat for last 10 minutes to just give a tinge of burn (improves taste dramatically if you get it right!) Take from oven and put on paper towel to remove excess fat (lamb is fatty --- ) serve hot with your favourites: mash potato, roast potatoes, carrots, peas, etc, etc. This will be one of the simplest and best tasting lamb dinners ever if you can get it right!
