Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until tender. Then, add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt. Simmer 25 minutes. Per serving: 139 Calories; 1g Fat (6% calories from fat); 23g Protein; 28g Carbohydrate; 36mg Cholesterol; 1194mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve topped with grated cheese, if desired. -- Anita A.
