If you used canned rather than dried chick-peas this dish is quick to prepare. 1 Tab. curry powder 1 Tab. minced garlic 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. cooking oil 2 cans chick-peas (20 ounce each) 1 t. salt 1/4 c. fresh coriander or parsley Sauté curry powder, garlic and green pepper in oil. Add chick-peas and salt, stir and heat throughly. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with coriander.

1 Tab. minced
garlic
1/2 c. chopped
green pepper
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 cans chick-peas (20 ounce each)
1 t.
salt
1/4 c. fresh
coriander or parsley

Sauté
curry powder, garlic and green pepper in oil. Add chick-peas and salt, stir and heat throughly. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with coriander.
