from Australia Chateaubriand 2 3 1/2 lb. round steak (2 inches thick) 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. lemon juice 4 drops Worcestershire sauce Season meat with onion, salt, and pepper, pound flour into meat on both sides; brown in small amount of fat. Place steak in baking dish. Dilute soup with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and pour on steak. Add chopped nuts, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with rice. Serves 6 to 8.
