Cheese Dip

cheese (ex: Velveeta brand)
1 can tomatoes with

corn chips

In a
double boiler slowly melt cheese. Stir in tomatoes and chilies, blending well and breaking up tomatoes. Yield about 3 cups. Serve with corn chips.
Variations: may add 1/2 lb

rotel tomatoes work great with this recipe, make sure you don't drain the tomatoes!
