Amy Lampert Bethesda, MD Chesapeake Crab Quiche Combine and spread in a 9" unbaked pie shell: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 3 beaten eggs 1 2/3 cup crabmeat (I use fake and flake it) 1/3 cup sliced red onion 2 tablespoons flour 8 ounces grated Swiss cheese 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (I use dried thyme) Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Garnish each slice with a fresh sprig of thyme if you desire.

Crab Quiche

Combine and spread in a 9" unbaked pie shell:
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
