onion 1/3 cup
olive oil

wine
salt and pepper

SAUTE
CHICKEN IN
OLIVE OIL FOR 10 MINUTES. DRAIN OFF OIL.
USE THIS OIL TO SAUTE
ONION, GARLIC, CABBAGE FOR 10 MINS.
DRAIN OFF OIL.
PUT
CHICKEN BACK IN FRYPAN AND COVER WITH CABBAGE MIXTURE.
ADD
RED
WINE, SEASONINGS.
COVER, COOK OVER LOW HEAT, 45 MINS.
