Herewith a recipe to thank you for trying! Chicken in Foil 4 chicken breasts a little sesame oil finely chopped onion 2 cloves crushed garlic six baby spinach leaves, finely chopped two green chilies, seeds removed and finely chopped chopped coriander (this is a strong herb - so just to your taste) two tablespoons liquid honey 2 tablespoons soya sauce (sweet one) METHOD 1. Cut four squares of tin foil, brush the shiny side very lightly with sesame oil and place a chicken breast on each piece 2. In a bowl mix the onion, garlic, spinach, chilies, honey and soya and divide between the 4 parcels. Wrap tightly and leave for as long as possible before cooking on a hot charcoal grill for 20 minutes, turning once. 3. Serve with a green salad, warm pita bread and baby potatoes, rolled in herb butter. NOTE : If you make this the day before and keep in the fridge overnight, the flavours develop wonderfully.
