from US 50 mL Grand Marnier orange liqueur 4 lime wedges 2 tsp brown sugar 1 small, red chili pepper Muddle (crush) the chili pepper, lime wedges, and sugar in a chilled old fashioned glass. Add Grand Marnier. Add ice cubes to just over the top of the liquid, stir until sugar dissolves, and serve. You may substitute 1 oz lime juice and plain sugar for the brown sugar.
