from US Chive Mustard Butter 1/4 cup mustard - the coarser the better 3 tablespoons vinger 3/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 stick butter softened 4 tablespoons chopped chives - or 3 tablespoons chopped garlic chives In a heavy saucepan mix together the first four ingredients. Gradually add the butter and wisk over low flame until sauce has reached a creamy consistancy. Remove from heat and stir in the chives. Use on roasts of all kinds or over green beans, brocolli, spinach or baked onions.

Chive Mustard Butter

I don't know what "s.a." is supposed to be and I'm not even sure your comment is in English but I tried it and thought it was quite good. A bit salty though.
