This is a wonderfully moist chocolate cake that is extremely easy to make. It's one of my favorites when I am craving chocolate. CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE one cup sugar one cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 4 heaping tbs. cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour 2 tsp. soda one cup water Add sugar, cocoa, soda, salt, and flour. Stir well to blend. Add mayonnaise, stir, add water, vanilla, then beat 2 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Deb Cornelius Lancaster, PA

CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE

one cup
sugar
one cup
mayonnaise or salad dressing
