Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until fluffy. Fold in chips. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into each cupcake. Bake 25 minutes at 350° F. (180° C) Frost when cool if desired.

Filling:
