Asian noodles, cooked and drained garnish: sliced scallions, dry roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, as desired I always try different sesame noodle recipes, this is another great one! Make sauce: cook coconut milk, peanut butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic and cayenne pepper over medium heat until thickened, about 15 minutes Carefully process in food processor or blender until smooth Return to pan and whisk in the coconut milk and lemon rind and whisk smooth again Cool to room temperature Cook noodles, drain and mix 2 Tbs of prepared sauce into noodles. Place remaining sauce over noodles and garnish as desired Yield: 4 to 6 servings

sauce
1 Tbs
brown sugar
1

cayenne pepper
1/4 cup more
coconut milk
1 tsp grated
lemon rind
1 Pkg.
Asian
noodles, cooked and drained
garnish: sliced scallions,

Make
sauce: cook
coconut milk, peanut butter, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic and cayenne pepper over medium heat until thickened, about 15 minutes

Return to

coconut milk and lemon rind and whisk smooth again

Cool to

temperature
