from Metuchen, NJ, USA Corn Salad Amounts are not specific... use as much per your taste. 2 ears corn 1 Potatoes 1 Green Peppers Green Chilies 1 Tomatoes Lettuce (optional) Lime(optional) Salt Peppers (Ground) Cumin Take the husk off the corn Boil corn ears / potatoes till soft. Cut the kernels off the corn. Peel potatoes. Chop green peppers, potatoes, green chillies, tomatoes into small pieces. Combine and add cumin seed to taste. Put salt before eating only. You can add the optional stuff according to taste. Try mixing this salad with plain yogurt for different flavor. ;-) Its Yummmmm !!!

Corn Salad

Amounts are not specific... use as much per your taste.

2 ears
corn
1 Potatoes
1
Green Peppers
Green Chilies
1 Tomatoes
Lettuce (optional)
Lime(optional)
Salt
Peppers
(Ground)
Cumin

Take the
husk off the corn
Boil corn ears / potatoes till soft.
Cut the kernels
off the corn.
Peel potatoes.
