Then add the eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Then beat in the vanilla. With a wire whisk, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. You will then gradually add this to your creamed mixture. The chips, cranberries and pecans can now be stirred in. The dough will be dropped by tablespoonfuls about two inches apart on your ungreased baking sheets. Bake the dough at 375 for about 9 to 11 minutes or till golden brown. Cool the baked cookies on wire racks for about two minutes before removing them. Yield: about 9 dozen.
