This process we follow the other 2 times, but without adding vinegar to the water! The third time, add the bay leaf. Drain in a colander snails. In a large frying pan heat up oil and put all the snails to "spout" down and the whole clove of garlic! Just burn the oil and begin to fry the snails, add wine and vinegar.
