Crusty Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes
500 g small red potatoes quartered 3 large garlic cloves; sliced 1 tbsp olive oil t tsp rosemary; crumbled salt & fresh ground pepper; to taste In a saucepan steam potatoes, covered , for 8-10 min, or 'til just tender in a heavy frypan cook garlic & oil over moderate heat, stirring 'til pale golden add potatoes, salt & pepper & rosemary fry over a moderate heat, stirring for 5 min or 'til potatoes are golden. Crusty Garlic & Rosemary Potatoes

Very good, but hard to serve for a crowd, they are gone so fast. I serve fancy toothpicks to stab them, no burned fingers.

I've tried this recently for several groups of people and was VERY well received! Although the recipe does not specifically suggest it, try serving the potatoes with crunchy browned slivers of garlic.
