from NY, USA 1/2 lb bow tie or egg noodles cooked and drained 1/2 stick melted butter 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 1 cup small curd cottage cheese 1 tsp vanilla mini marshmallows sugar and cinnamon Preheat oven to 325F. Butter a 9 inch Pyrex square pan. Blend eggs, sugar, sour cream, cottage cheese and vanilla until well mixed . Blend in noodles. Place mixture in pan. Sprinkle with more sugar and cinnamon. Spread some mini marshmallows evenly over top. Cook in oven about 45 to 60 minutes or until center is set ( test by inserting prongs of fork and separate noodles a bit- if mixture is runny in center it needs to cook more until set like a custard ) . Serve warm, cold or reheated If desired . Serve either plain as a side dish or with frozen sweetened strawberries thawed .
