2 Tbs Butter 2 Tbs flour 1 1/4 cups milk 2 cups fresh cut corn ( may be thawed frozen ) 1 Tbs sugar 2 beaten eggs Melt butter in saucepan and add flour and blend well. Slowly add milk and whisk constantly and bring to a boil. Add corn , sugar, salt and pepper to taste stirring constantly. Add eggs and blend well. Pour into a greased casserole dish or individual ceramic ramekins and bake 350 25 to 40 minutes. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
