from Jolo, Philippines 1 Kg Chicken Thigh/Drumstick cutlets 1 Pack Powdered Cream of Mushroom 2 Cups mushrooms 1 Cup Evaporated Milk *1 Tbsp. Nutmeg, optional Salt and Pepper to taste 2 Tbsp. Butter 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil Rub chicken cutlets with small amount of salt and pepper. Set aside. Heat oil in pan. Sear chicken for about 10 minutes on each side. While searing chicken, saute mushrooms with butter in different pan. To this pan, pour in milk and cream of mushroom. Mix until creamy. Add nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste. Add seared chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

1 Cup
Evaporated Milk
*1 Tbsp.
Nutmeg, optional
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp.
Butter
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Rub
