He roasted pork, sliced it thin and heated it up in the sauce. Says, also great with any other type of meat or poultry. Mix sauce ingredients together in a saucepot and cook and stir over low heat until heated and well combined. Prepare meat by favorite method ( oven roasted, grilled , crock- pot etc. ) until fork tender. Slice or shred meat and cover with prepared sauce and reheat if needed. Sauce also may be used to brush or baste meat or poultry as it is grilling. Double recipe if needed.
