EMPIRE COOKIES 2 cups of flour 2/3 cups butter 1 tbsp baking powder pinch of salt 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Mix sugar, butter till fluffy, add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, sugar, and powder. Add a bit a time. Roll out mixture in between 2 sheets of wax paper. Should be 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minuets. EMPIRE COOKIES

2 cups of
flour

Mix
sugar, butter till fluffy, add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, sugar, and

Simple, everyone loves them, labour intensive so bakeries typically ignore. I make my own icing.
