from USA Escalloped Pineapple This can be used as a dessert eaten warm with whipped topping, or as a side dish. Excellent with turkey and ham, or other meats. I serve this every Thanksgiving and it is a great compliment to the meal. My son even likes it cold. Enjoy! ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 4 Cups cubed bread (6 slices) 1 Cup melted butter or oleo (1/2 & 1/2 works best) 1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 1/2 Cup sugar 3 Eggs beaten very fluffy 1/2 Cup Milk Combine bread, butter, sugar & eggs. Mix well and add drained pineapple and milk. Pour into approx. 8" x 12" greased glass pan (casserole dish) and bake 50 minutes @ 350 oven or until brown and set.

ESCALLOPED
PINEAPPLE

4 Cups cubed
bread (6 slices)
1 Cup melted
butter or oleo (1/2 & 1/2 works best)
1 #2 can crushed
pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 Cup

Milk
