from New York, USA 1/2 of a large, ripe, chilled cantaloupe 1 cup sour cream 1 small lime 2 Tbs honey When it was close to 90F just a few weeks ago, I prepared this nice hot weather soup. The texture is frothy and fluffy when blenderized and quite delicious. Use as a dessert soup too. Place seeded cut fruit from cantaloupe in blender and puree smooth. Blend in juice from a fresh lime, sour cream and honey to sweeten and blend well. Serve immediately or chill for further use. Serve 4. Double recipe for 8 servings.
