Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and serve or serve hot. INDONESIAN BARBEQUE SAUCE Serves 16. 2/3 c Corn syrup (Dark) 1/4 c Creamy peanut butter 1/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Cider vinegar 1/4 c Sliced green onions 1 ea Garlic, clove 1 t Ginger 1/2 t Crushed dried red pepper Mix thoroughly and allow flavors to blend for at least one hour. MEXICAN BARBEQUE SAUCE Serves 16. 1/3 c Dark Karo Syrup 1/3 c Strong coffee 1/4 c Ketchup 1/4 c Cider vinegar 1/4 c Worchestershire sauce 6 t Chili powder 1 T Corn Oil 2 t Dry Mustard 1/2 t Salt 1/2 t Hot pepper sauce Mix well and allow flavors to blend for one hour or more. CHINESE BARBEQUE SAUCE Serves 16. 1/2 c Ketchup 1/2 c Corn syrup 1/4 c Soy sauce 2 ea Garlic, cloves 1/2 t Anise seed 1/2 t Cinnamon, ground 1/4 t Pepper 1/8 t Cloves, ground Mix thoroughly and allow flavors to blend for at least one hour.
