Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Meanwhile, combine spread, sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Spread into prepared pan. Place bread slices on top and fit closely together. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, and salt. Pour egg mixture over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
