In a bowl, add the remaining milk cold in the cornstarch, flour and stir. Boil the milk over low heat, just boil add semolina. Stir with whisk, add the hot milk milk dissolve the flour and cornstarch. Stir constantly, add the sugar and the vanilla. Stir constantly until custard thickens, remove it from the pan to heat and add butter. Beat 2 eggs lightly and add the cream. Mix the cream often does not pick the scab or cover with foil. Until cool the cream, in a medium pan lay the fillo in succession, or who sprinkle with melted butter or olive oil. The fillo that stick out as they leave them. Beat 2 eggs lightly and add the cream. Pour the cream paved the fillo and turn inwards leaves, creating a "wall". Finally whisk one egg with water and 4 tablespoons sugar and poured the mixture over the cream with a brush. Bake at 180 C degrees until it gets a golden color!
