Cretan Pumpkin Pie serves 8 (for 8 persons) 1 1/2 kg of pumpkin 2 onions Salt Pepper Mint 1 lb. of feta cheese 2 or 3 eggs For the dough 1 cup of butter 1 cup of oil 2 egs Salt 1 cup of milk 1 tsp baking powder as much flour as needed Brown the pumpkin and the onion and cook till mushy. Drain and add mint, grated feta and the eggs. Prepare the dough and roll it open. Spread half of it in a buttered baking pan, spread the mixture, and on the top the second half of the dough. Bake till golden.
