Grate the cucumber in the coarse grater and follow the process of draining the cheese cloth. Rub or mash the garlic and pour into a bowl with the cucumber and yogurt, salt and stir. In a shaker put oil and vinegar to hit well. Stir in yogurt mixture and stir well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and seviroume! Tips: If you do not like the strong smell of garlic cook it well, after the first cut in half and remove the green germ. The cucumber can put it without cleaning or half and half with purified skin. Also you can put and 2-3 chopped pickles for extra flavor, as well dill. Cheese cloth, you can easily make a buying T-1 measure white fabric and ready for use ... after wash!
