4 Tbs sesame oil divided 2 Tbs minced fresh ginger divided 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 4, 6 oz. lobster tails 3/4 tsp dry mustard powder 3 Tbs soy sauce 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar Combine 2 Tbs oil, 1 Tbs ginger, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over lobster tails, cover and chill 30 minutes. Combine remaining 2 Tbs sesame oil, remaining ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat to medium. Grill lobster tails, meat side down 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and grill 5 to 8 minutes more basting with sauce. Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce Yield: 4 servings Source: Try-Foods Int. Note: I used the marinade and sauce to grill salmon steaks with tasty results too!

Combine 2 Tbs oil, 1 Tbs ginger, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over lobster tails, cover and chill 30 minutes.
