from Tipperary, Ireland 1 cup groundnut 1/2 cup fresh coconut, shredded 2 green chillies 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp urad dhal 1 sprig curry leaves 1 red chilly salt, to taste Fry the groundnuts for about 2 minutes till they become light brown. Heat some oil and fry the green chillies for a minute. Blend the groundnuts,chillies,onions and the coconut into a smooth paste. Set aside. Add salt to taste. Now heat a tsp of oil and add the mustard, urad dhal, curry leaves and the red chilly and fry a several minutes. To this add the blended paste and mix. Garnish with a tsp of freshly chopped onion.
