I love collecting recipes and have greatly enjoyed all the wonderful ones that come through here. My schedule is often busy with work, home and volunteer work so I often look for things to make that are nutritious, taste great and are quick to make! I hope others will enjoy a couple of my favorite 'microwave' recipes. We all have times when we need/want to cut the cooking time. Hope you enjoy this. Sandy H St. Louis, Mo.
