from BRICK, NJ, USA 10oz Box Frozen Spinach thawed and squeezed semi-dry 1 can of Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped 1/4 cup butter 2 cloves of pressed garlic 3Tbls Chopped Yellow Onion or Scallion 1/2 Cup Cream or Half and Half 1 8oz pack of Cream Cheese 1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmeasan Cheese ( Or similar dry cheese) Tobassco 2-3 shots or to taste 1/2 Grated Sharp Cheddar Serves 6-8 Prep Time 15 min Melt butter on low-med heat Add Garlic and onion stir for 1-2 min. till lightly golden Add stained spinach - mix 1-2 min Add Artichokes -mix 1-2 min Add Half & Half or Cream-Mix Well -Lower heat- Add Cream Cheese cut into pieces and mix until completly melted Add Tobassco to taste Transfer into shallow baking dish or Pie Pan Sprinkle Cheddar evenly over top Microwave to melt cheese and serve -or-put aside and bake at 350 10-15 min. or until warm and melted. Can be made ahead up to 48 hours. If cold I suggest microwave over baking... Serve with favorite crackers(wheat thins :), toasted pita's or tortilla chips...Yum!

10oz Box Frozen
Spinach thawed and squeezed semi-dry
1 can of
Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
1/4 cup
butter
2 cloves of pressed
garlic
3Tbls Chopped Yellow
Onion or Scallion
1/2 Cup
Cream or Half and Half
1 8oz pack of
Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmeasan
Cheese ( Or similar
dry cheese)
Tobassco 2-3 shots or to taste
1/2 Grated
Sharp Cheddar

Serves 6-8
Prep Time 15 min

Melt butter on low-med heat
Add
