I make the dough in the bread machine and bake the bread in my home oven. I purchase sweet potato flour at oriental grocerey stores. Sweet potato flour add a lightness to the texture but not a discernable flavor. I mainly use it for an extender and for the texture. 1 cup water 2 eggs 2 tbs oil 3 cups bread flour 1 cup sweet potato flour 2 tbs sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp active dry yeast Place in bread machine per instructions. Use the dough cycle. Remove the dough and divide into 2 parts. Roll out each into a tube shape. Coil and place in 2 greased 8 or 9 inch round cake pans. Let rise triple. Brush with some egg mixed with a bit of water and carefully brush over the top of dough. Sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds. Bake 350-375 F or until golden and tested done.
